These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Imagine Nation Center website located at www.imaginenationcenter.com/(the “Site”), and any related services, communications, or interactions with Imagine Nation Center (“Imagine Nation”, "CCAL" “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

By opting in, you authorize Imagine Nation Center to send text messages to the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive messages unless you opt in again.

Eligibility (18+)

If we are found liable for any claim related to the Site, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid to us through the Site in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater (unless applicable law requires a different amount).
